Japanese Society for Sexual Medicine: Toei Shinyaku to Present Agaricus KA21 Research

Toei Shinyaku Co., Ltd. will present research on Agaricus KA21, derived from outdoor-cultivated Agaricus brasiliensis, at the 36th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Sexual Medicine, to be held in Tokyo from September 18–20, 2026.

The presentation will report research on the continuous intake of outdoor-cultivated Agaricus KA21 and quality of life (QOL) in middle-aged and older men.

The study was conducted in collaboration with Shigakkan University and D Clinic and has been accepted for an oral presentation in a research session.

Toei Shinyaku has been conducting research on outdoor-cultivated Agaricus brasiliensis for more than 30 years, including research using Agaricus KA21, and continues to build scientific evidence through collaborative research with universities and medical institutions.

The outdoor-cultivated Agaricus brasiliensis ingredient developed by Toei Shinyaku is marketed under the name King Agaricus KA21.

Toei Shinyaku will also exhibit at the conference.
